📦 Return of goods
- Returns possible within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
- Only unopened, unused and undamaged products will be accepted.
- Refund via the original payment method after inspection of the return.
- Processing time: approx. 3–5 working days after receipt of goods.

- Note: Opened e-liquids or products with a broken seal are excluded from exchange .
🛡️ Warranty & Devices
- 7 day warranty from delivery date.
- After expiry: Please contact the manufacturer directly.
- No warranty for wear parts, leaks, improper use, accidents.
- Option: one-time refund or exchange .
🚬 Disposable products
- Guarantee is checked individually .
- Defective disposable products will be refunded , no exchange is possible.
- Covered cases: Defect on arrival, leakage, accidental activation.
- Not covered: flavors, shelf life.
❌ Non-refundable items
- Coils, pods, glasses, water tanks, vaporizers
- E-liquids (except in cases of transport damage)
🧾 Defective products
- Returns possible within 14 days of purchase date.
- Shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of damaged delivery .
📦 Missing or damaged items
- Reporting required within 48 hours of receipt.
- Glass items and accessories are only covered for transport damage.

- Cancellable before shipping . After shipping: Reject or return the package.
- Refund via original payment method or credit note.
📭 Lost or stolen packages
- No liability after confirmed delivery.
- Submit a complaint directly to the shipping service provider .
