GOODS  If you receive incomplete goods, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt. The description of the goods will correspond to the information provided on the website, in catalogs, brochures, or other advertising materials. You will be notified of any changes to the goods necessary to comply with applicable laws or safety requirements.

DELIVERY  We will deliver the goods to the delivery location within the agreed timeframe or, if no agreement has been made, promptly, but no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract. You may terminate the contract if delivery is significantly delayed.

RISK AND TITLE.  The risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you upon delivery. You acquire title to the goods only upon full payment.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION  You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email or post. If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments, including shipping costs, unless you have chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery.

CONFORMITY AND WARRANTY  We are under a duty to supply the goods in accordance with the contract. The goods will be of satisfactory quality and fit for the purpose for which you purchased them. Any manufacturer’s warranties remain unaffected and supplement your statutory rights.

DISCLAIMER  The provider is not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract or for losses in the customer’s business environment. This does not affect consumer rights.
